An Online EC meeting was held at 10:00 a.m. using Google Meet with all the EC members on a trial basis. Two members could not join due to technical reasons.\u00a0 All others could participate actively and communicate with each other, although there were couple of teething troubles initially which were resolved eventually. As a trial meeting, it was more than encouraging. Hence a regular EC meeting is scheduled for 15.8.2020 with Agenda items for discussion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A meeting was held at CGPA Office at Kallayi to settle the expenditure towards conducting the Onam Kutumba Sangamam. S\/Shri KK Abdulla, Bharathan Manari, KS Menon, KL Paul, S Venugopal, TMG Kutty and AP Sethumadhavan (all from DAEPANK) have attended the meeting. No representation from IPAK. Expenses are settled.<\/span><\/p>\n

A meeting was held at Hotel Marina Residency. S\/Shri KS Menon, KL Paul, S Venugopal, AP Sethumadhavan (all from DAEPANK) and S\/Shri Premarajan, Pitamber Panicker and Jayaram (all from IPAK) have attended the meeting.\u00a0 Various performances by the participants were scheduled in proper order for the Onam Kudumba Sangamam and the whole event has obtained the final shape.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A meeting was held at CGPA Office, Kallai to take stock of the arrangements for Onam Kudumba Sangamam to be held on 28\/9\/2019. S\/Shri KK Abdulla, Bharathan Manari. KL Paul, S Venugopal, AP Sethumadhavan (all from DAEPANK) and S\/Shri Premarajan, Pitamber Panicker and Jayaram (all from IPAK) have attended the meeting. Shri KS Menon has joined in video conferencing mode from Bengaluru. After fruitful discussions among the attendees, the Onam Kudumba Sangamam took a near final shape.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the mean time, DAEPANK’s women’s wing represented by S\/Smt. Hema Raghavan, Nirmala S Menon, Mallika CV, Vanaja CV, Afsa Abdulla, Prasanna K, Rema VP, etc. assembled at Smt Uma Sathyaranjan’s home at Mahe to formulate their plan of action on the program day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After fruitful discussions among the attendees, the program for the Onam Kudumba Sangamam to be held jointly by DAEPANK & IPAK on 28th September 2019 was finalised.<\/span><\/p>\n
