We organize periodic meetings of the members that create cordial atmosphere where members can share and exchange their experiences, grievances, suggestions and feelings. We also act as a collective body to sort out difficulties faced by its members, with the executing agencies.

Our vision is to bring all the DAE retirees and their family members residing in North Kerala (comprising the districts of Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Mahe(Pondicherry), Kannur and Kasaragod) under one roof and to have schemes for their well being and happy, healthy retired life.
